Rated 5 out of 5 by TheLazyCook from Best oven I have owned Love this oven. My 11 yr old daughter who loves to cook will cook perfect cakes in this oven without having to move it to different shelves or turn the pan. No more burnt bottoms or tops. Have had it for 4 yrs now with no problems at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mudpies from Almost a great oven, but small things let it down I really wanted to love this oven, and it does some things really well. Its easy to use, has great functionality, great telescoping rails & as much width/volume as you'll find in a 60cm oven. Self-cleaning beats hand cleaning too! Buuut...it does blow warm air out the top (didn't bother me much but i understand why it would be an issue for others), the cooling fan does run on for (seemingly) ages, roast mode scorches the top of food (had to use bake for roasts, quick blast on roast mode to finish), the outer glass panel is cool to the touch (awesome!) but gunks up inside over time. Very near a great oven, small letdowns make it a good oven for me.

Blasts heavy stream of hot air Very disappointed in new Fisher and Paykel oven as it blasts hot air out of vent which runs the width of the oven door. When i say blasts, there is enough force to blow A4 paper taped above vent to a 45 degree angle and suspend it there. The air is over 45 degrees celcius which makes kitchen impossible to stay in and which means that i no longer enjoy baking. Response from Fisher and Paykel is that this continuous blast of hot air is acceptable...my position is that its not fit for purpose. The few times i have used oven, friends and family have commented on heat and noise.

Blasts heavy stream of hot air Product has vent above door which blasts heavy and continuous hot air (45 degrees celcius) back into kitchen while in use. Air is waist height which makes kitchen unbearably hot, so much so that i cant use oven. Appreciate all ovens heat up surroundings but i have never seen oven that produces so much hot air. A real shame as i loved previous F & P oven. Technicians advise that air flow is necessary to keep hot air from electronics .. my position is that they have produced oven not fit for purpose.
