The telescopic sliders were difficult to use and dangerous when something hot and heavy was on the tray. This has been resolved with 2 new telescopic sliders thank you. The second issue is that the oven periodically turns off during the cooking process. There is no rhyme or reason for this. This is yet to be resolved.

I wanted a great oven for baking cakes and biscuits and roasts. This oven is perfect.. easy to use, spot on temperature and quick cooking… easy read dials and looks terrific with plenty of space inside the oven.. I can do 4 trays of biscuits in one hit or 2-3 loaf tin cakes … perfect!

At Harvey Norman, we were shown the latest model, and opted for one a bit cheaper, but the person serving us checked on availability, and found that we would have to wait up to a month for that model, so we opted for this one. We have been very pleasantly surprised by its appearance, its better match with the existing stove top, and its total ease of operation with its illuminated controls. It has so far performed all the cooking we have required of it.

Traditional stovetop with one fixed support that doesnt break so easily wouldve been a better option. Will deter friends and family away from this product and brand due to level of customer service

Our needs are very adequately met by the simplicity of mode choice and brightness of the icons. Functionality of the oven meets our expectations and the auto cooking option takes clock watching and over cooking off the agenda. Great oven.

I did, however, find the automatic timer a little hard to understand at first. There is just one thing I think can be improved and that is for the timer beep to go on longer and be louder. Otherwise an asset to the kitchen. I would recommend it.

Half way through the cycle the oven showed an error and was unable to be cleared. Had to book in a F&P technician to come and fix it - waited over a month for an opening & then didn't bring the part that was required even though I detailed the error when booking. Ordered part was "broken in transit" - now without oven for nearly 2 months......

Rated 5 out of 5 by Brent from Quiet with great controls. Had a Bosch that was noisy and function control was on a rotary selector which was difficult. My new Fisher and Paykel has the best function selector, clear aluminated icons selected by a rotary knob, oven temperature is digital and super quiet. Before the Bosch we had an AEG which was good but the Fisher and Paykel is the best we've had.

The controls are easy to use and understand, heats up fast. Haven't use the pyrolytic function yet but it is so easy to wipe over any way that I may not use it.

The temperature control is so accurate that following recipes and getting the right result is a breeze. It looks great and came with a heap of trays and shelves, I could not be happier with the product.

Not much use really when so much money paid to the oven already and still waiting for part to arrive.

The 9 functions work really well and I love the safe middle shelf on runners. I love this oven so far and the temperatures are correct and tells me when its reached temp and cooks all my meals quicker then any other oven I have ever used.

My children are learning to cook and can easily navigate it. No condensation when cooking, unlike one of the other ovens I used. Even heat. Plenty of shelf configurations and telescopic shelf included unlike other brands. Yet to use the self cleaning function but looking forward to that!

The door is now locked with an A3 error and will need a technician. Not happy as I bought it for the self cleaning function! Also the 4 month wait time after purchase to even get the oven. Good one Fisher and Paykel.

I thought I was really treating myself and I would never have to strip out the oven again. No such luck, I still have to remove those horrid shelves and clean those in the sink. I should have done the research. For this reason I wouldnt buy again.
