Rated 3 out of 5 by Balelf from Looks great But lacks the design n function This fridge looks great n has several good points, how-ever there are several things you should know before buying… The glass doors are not glass there a type of fiberglass/resin n hate hands n fingers on them, anything that touches or marks stays it’s frustrating n not easy to clean. The top left side door never closes it falls in to place but will not close on its own as designed to. It looks large but its narrow spaces are only good for narrow items Not a good fridge for large bowls or platters or a family of 5

Unfortunately the black glass in like no other glass and almost impossible to clean the finger prints and other marks of it making it permanently dirty looking. This was also our first fridge with a water dispenser, great but water is not cold at all so the ice dispenser gets depleted almost daily. Fridge design it self is fine, just a real shame about these 2 factors.

No need to buy bottled water so a huge saving there and if I want my water colder I can add the ice that it produces. Only problem is the tiny scoop that is provided it could be bigger as I’ve resorted to using my hands a lot easier

Firstly the Matt black color looks awesome but it leaves fingerprints on it every time you touch it and difficult to remove the print marks. Also there is no egg holders inside the fridge which was a little bit odd and there is no fresh fruit and vege compartment.

I’m loving the easy access to the fridge party with its two doors up top and the freezer drawers slide so easily and now I know where everything is.One freezer compartment can be turned into a fridge but we haven’t needed to do that yet. We also didn’t need the water part so didn’t get it, but the large ice tray holds close to a bag of ice, with a scoop. That’s really convenient to me. It also runs so quietly it’s a joy 😊

Rated 1 out of 5 by DT not happy from Terrible after sales service on a faulty fridge The new Haier fridge we purchased did not keen our food cold with items continually growing mould and going off as a result. A serviceman took one feel of the fridge items and confirmed it was not cold enough at 8-10 degrees. He replaced all the circuit boards but the temperature did not change. After some correspondence, a service representative agreed the fridge could be replaced. Given our issues, we asked if we could upgrade to the equivalent Fisher Paykel model. This took several months of unhelpful and confused responses from the Service rep. In the end, she agreed we could upgrade and pay for the upgrade. Another lengthy and unhelpful period of back and forth on price and installation replace the faulty Haier with the equivalent Fisher Paykel model but at a gap that was full, 100% retail markup of around $1600 when the place that sold us the fridge said the changeover would cost a max $800 before applying any discounts. Given we had now gone 6 months with th einconvenience of our food going off, plus managing the changeover, their was no empathy or movement on gouging us for the upgrade. Terribly handled and will make us think more than twice about EVER buying Fisher and Paykel again.

Ice water in door is very convenient and now rarely use the kitchen tap for drinking water. The temperature zones are excellent and we notice food is fresher for longer compared to our previous fridge. The layout interior is great & to easily find contents and is well lit in both the fridge and freezer . Appearance is smooth & sleek and looks fantastic in our kitchen. The delivery & installation was excellent. Many thanks to E&S for good price and service.

It is easy to clean. The internal ice maker is very good. The freezer compartments are well sized and easy to use. The lighting is excellent. Overall it has a sleek design with an elegant appearance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by I don’t have one from Refrigerator,YES, Installation instructions NO! The refrigerator arrived with no installation instructions, and no PLV. I installed it without a PLV. assuming there would be one inbuilt in such a modern appliance.It took days of phone calls to determine that a PLV should have been included and must be installed. One was posted to me, and a week after the initial installation, the refrigerator had to be emptied, pulled out and the plumbing reworked. This would have been totally unnecessary if the installation instructions and the PLV had been included with the refrigerator. I was not happy.

This fridge is in our holiday home where we don’t need a lot of freezer space but do need maximum fridge space. The iced water/ ice cube dispenser is perfect for those summer drinks. This Fisher & Paykel Quad door refrigerator gives us what we need.
