The grill rack sits inside the roasting dish allowing more even browning and hot air to circulate around the food. When used with the grill grid (part number 551128) and the deep tray (part number 550933), you have a three piece grill system designed to reduce splatter and smoke. Allowing air to circulate around the food with similar results to rotisserie cooking. Will suit the following models: OB60SL11DEPX1, OB60SL11DCPX1, OB60SL9DEX1, OB60SL7DEX1, OB60SL7DEW1.
