For a limited time, Fisher & Paykel Appliances is offering an instant rebate of 10% of the purchase price of certain kitchen packages. Information on the instant rebate forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

Who Is Eligible

This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live within, Canada, excluding Quebec, and who are at least 21 years old as at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion does not apply to any Fisher & Paykel Canada Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales or any trade seconds or refurbished products. Floor products or open box products do not qualify. Free products as part of other promotional packages do not qualify. This promotion shall be limited to one entry per household, except where prohibited by law.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences 12.01am EST January 1, 2021 and closes 11.59pm EST April 30, 2021 (Promotional Period). Customers must make an initial payment for their qualifying products during the Promotional Period in order to be eligible for this promotion, however full payment does not need to be made until September 30, 2021 (Final Payment Date).

Promotional Offer

Buy a minimum of three qualifying products in one purchase from a participating authorized Fisher & Paykel retailer during the Promotional Period and pay in full prior to the Final Payment Date:

  1. a qualifying refrigeration product; and
  2. a qualifying cooking product; and
  3. a qualifying additional product, and receive an instant rebate of 10% off the purchase of qualifying products.

Promotion excludes: freestanding refrigeration, single DishDrawerTM dishwashers and laundry appliances and any products not listed in these Terms and Conditions. Customer does not need to purchase a combination of wall oven and cooktop to qualify for the cooking category part of the purchase.

Qualifying Products are to be paid for in full prior to the Final Payment Date, including any Qualifying Products on backorder ('out of stock').

The offer is not applicable to trade, commercial or wholesale suppliers, this includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell direct to the public. This promotion applies to purchases of A grade products only and does not apply to purchases of trade seconds, refurbished products, floor products or open box products.

All qualifying products must be invoiced by a single participating dealer and show one claim per household.

Instant rebates are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
