For a limited time, Fisher & Paykel Appliances is offering a rebate of up to $250 in the form of a Prepaid Visa Card or retrievable via a digital wallet relating to certified installation of new Series 11 DishDrawer™ Dishwasher models. Information on the rebate forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer can be combined with all any current, active promotional offers during the rebate timeframe.
This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live within, Canada, excluding Quebec, and who are at least 21 years old as at the time of purchase. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion does not apply to any Fisher & Paykel Canada Quoted Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales or any trade seconds or refurbished products. Floor products or open box products do not qualify. Free products as part of other promotional packages do not qualify. This promotion shall be limited to one entry per household, except where prohibited by law.
The promotion applies to purchases made during the period 12.01am EST April 1, 2022 to 11.59pm EST August 31, 2022 (Promotional Period).
Consumer Rebate Claims can be made up until August 31, 2023 (Claim Close Date).
Purchase a qualifying Series 11 DishDrawer™ Dishwasher and installation service in a single transaction from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and receive a rebate of up to $250 (in the form of a Prepaid Visa Card or retrievable via a digital wallet) relating to your Authorized Service Installer in-home installation when you register your claim online by the Claim Close Date. Customers will receive an email that offers the option to either add the value of the rebate to a digital wallet for payout, or receive a prepaid Visa card in the mail.
*Qualifying models are subject to change.
Qualifying Products (together with the install service) are to be paid for in full during the Promotional Period, including any Qualifying Products on backorder ('out of stock').
The offer is not applicable to trade, commercial or wholesale suppliers, this includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell direct to the public. This promotion applies to purchases of A grade products only and does not apply to purchases of trade seconds, refurbished products, floor products or open box products.
All qualifying products must be invoiced by a single participating dealer and show one claim per household.
