Who Can Claim

This promotion is only open to United States, residents 18 years and over. Promotional Period

The additional three year limited manufacturers warranty is not exchangeable or transferable for cash and is only for the qualifying products listed above and may not be transferred to any other Fisher & Paykel appliance.

How to Claim

To get a 5 year warranty on your appliance(s) you must claim online.

When entering your claim you must supply the following information:

  1. Contact details - customer name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), address and daytime contact phone number. The Promoter accepts NO responsibility for the customer providing incorrect details.
  2. Product & serial number(s) of your Qualifying Product(s)
  3. Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating the customer name, date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of Qualifying Products including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges eg warranty costs) and total invoice amount.

You can provide us with your proof of purchase by using a computer or a smartphone & either scanning or take a photo of your proof of purchase.

Each new Fisher & Paykel appliance comes with a two year manufacturer's warranty on parts and labor from the date of purchase. Purchase any qualifying appliance as set out below (Qualifying Products) from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and register your product online no later than February 28, 2021 to extend your two year manufacturer's warranty by an additional three years on the same terms and conditions. If your claim is approved you will receive an approval email. To follow up on the status of your claim, or if you do not receive your payment into your bank account within 45 days from your approval email, please contact Fisher & Paykel here and ensure you include your full name and 12 digit unique code (found in your confirmation of entry email).

General

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible registration forms. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable registration forms will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of registrations and registrants (including a registrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits a registration form that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the registration process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any registrant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the registrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
