Each new Fisher & Paykel appliance comes with a two year manufacturer's warranty on parts and labor from the date of purchase. If your claim is approved you will receive an approval email. To follow up on the status of your claim, or if you do not receive your payment into your bank account within 45 days from your approval email, please contact Fisher & Paykel and ensure you include your full name and registration number (found in your confirmation of entry email).

All claims are subject to verification by the Promoter.
